Trump Killed Agency Investigating Tesla For Discrimination

By Executive Order, Trump eradicated the Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) which was investigating Tesla.

Our Analysis

Tesla was being probed for workplace discrimination since 2015 "including N-word, swastikas, threats, and nooses, on desks" by the Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

Tesla CEO Elon Musk, one of Trump's largest and most powerful supporters, massively benefits from Trump destroying the entire agency that enforces equal employment laws among federal contractors.

This obvious corruption makes it effectively legal for the richest and most powerful people and companies in the US to allow discrimination against their workers.

What the "other side" did

Starting on President Biden's first day in office, he undertook a wide variety of measures to reduce unjust discrimination faced by Americans in federal contracting, such as reducing bureaucratic burdens for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDBs) to compete for contracts.
